Prices, booking and your visit
How much does regular house cleaning cost?
Regular cleaning starts at $139 per visit for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom home on a weekly schedule. A three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is $179 weekly, $189 fortnightly or $219 monthly. GST, cleaning products and equipment are included. See all prices.
Do I need to be home?
No. We agree on access instructions before your visit, so you can be out while we clean. You are welcome to stay home if you prefer.
Will I have the same cleaner?
We assign a regular cleaner who gets to know your home and priorities. If your usual cleaner is unavailable, contact us to discuss arrangements for that visit.
Are products and equipment included?
Yes. Cleaning products, microfibre cloths and equipment are included in your regular home-cleaning price. Tell us if you prefer particular products or have surfaces needing special care.
Can I cancel or move a visit?
Yes. Residential clients can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to the night before the clean. There is no lock-in contract. Contact us to arrange a new day.
Is my online booking confirmed immediately?
No. The online form sends a booking request. We review the scope, condition, access and preferred day, then confirm the price and availability with you.
Does the first clean cost more?
It can if there is extra build-up or additional work. We discuss any difference and agree on the first-clean price before work starts.
Are you insured?
Yes. Yeronga Clean Co carries public liability insurance for homes and commercial premises. Ask us for a Certificate of Currency.
Can you clean around pets?
Yes. Tell us about your pets before the visit and arrange a safe space for any animal that becomes anxious around visitors.
Can I ask for particular areas to be cleaned?
Yes. Add your priorities and any rooms to skip when you request a clean. We agree on the scope and any price changes before work begins.
What if something was missed?
Contact us within 48 hours and explain what needs attention. We will discuss the issue and arrange to make it right.
Do you clean small offices?
Yes. We arrange recurring after-hours cleaning for small offices. Request an office quote so we can review your workplace and scope.
