Do I need to be home during the clean?
It’s completely up to you. Most clients provide entry instructions, such as a key, lockbox or building access, so there’s no need to be home. You’re also welcome to stay if you prefer. Just keep us posted if anything changes so your cleaner isn’t locked out.
Are you insured?
Yes. Yeronga Clean Co carries comprehensive public liability insurance suitable for both homes and commercial premises. A Certificate of Currency is available on request, so you can have us in your space with total peace of mind.
Are you pet friendly?
Absolutely, we love pets. Just let us know about any animals when you book so your cleaner can plan around them. If a pet tends to get anxious around visitors, you may prefer to keep them in a separate room or outside while we’re there.
Do I need to provide supplies or equipment?
We bring all the equipment, including a mop, bucket and vacuum, free of charge. For cleaning products and microfibre cloths, you’re welcome to provide your own at no extra cost. If you’d prefer we bring those too, we simply add a flat $15 per visit. Either way is fine, just let us know when you book.
Can I leave special requests?
Of course. Tell us your priorities when you book, or leave a note for any visit, such as areas to focus on, spots to skip, or anything that needs extra care. Because you get the same cleaner each time, your preferences are remembered and get easier every clean.
Will I be able to communicate with my cleaner?
Yes. All our cleaners speak fluent English, so you can talk to them directly and give feedback anytime. If something was missed or you’d like it done differently, just tell your cleaner or send us a message, and it’s sorted from the next visit.
What if I’m not happy with a clean?
Just let us know within 48 hours and we’ll make it right. We’d always rather come back and fix anything that fell short than leave you unhappy. Keeping your regular clean consistently great is the whole point.
How do I get started?
Send a quote request with your suburb, home or office size and preferred frequency. You’ll get a clear, no-obligation quote, and once you’re happy we’ll lock in your regular day and your dedicated cleaner.
