What a regular clean costs
Find your home on the left and read across. These are the standard prices for a home in reasonable condition, and they are what you pay, not a starting point that climbs later.

Prices are per visit and include GST. Smaller homes, units and occasional cleans start at $129 a visit. Larger or unusual homes follow the same formula below.
How the price is worked out
Most cleaners will not tell you this. I would rather you could check the maths yourself, so there are no surprises when the invoice arrives.
Less frequent visits cost more per clean because more builds up between them. A weekly home stays on top of itself; a monthly one needs the work done again from scratch.

Your first clean
The first visit often takes longer, especially if the home has not had a proper clean in a while. When that is the case it costs a little more than the regular price. I will tell you what it will be before I start, never after.
Small offices
Office cleaning is quoted after a fifteen minute site visit, with a written quote within one business day. Pricing depends on floor area, bathrooms, flooring, access and how many cleans a week you need. Month to month, no lock-in contract.
Questions about price
Do you charge by the hour?
No. You pay a fixed price per visit based on the size of your home, so you know the cost before I arrive and it does not change if a job takes me longer than expected.
Is GST included in these prices?
Yes. Every price on this page includes GST. The number you see is the number you pay.
What if my home is bigger than the table?
The same formula applies. Add $10 for each bedroom beyond three and $30 for each bathroom beyond one, then add $20 for fortnightly or $50 for monthly. If your home is unusual in some way, call me and I will work it out with you.
Why does fortnightly cost more per visit than weekly?
Because more builds up between visits. A weekly home stays on top of itself and each clean is quicker. A monthly home needs most of the work done again from scratch, so it takes longer.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancel or move your clean free of charge any time up to the night before. There is no contract and no lock-in period, so you can stop or change your frequency whenever you need to.
Do I need to supply cleaning products?
The mop, vacuum, brushes and equipment are always included. Cleaning products are yours to supply if you prefer particular ones, or I bring my own for $15 a visit.
Will it be the same cleaner every time?
Yes. Yeronga Clean Co is owner operated, so the person who cleans your home is the same person every visit. No rotating roster and no strangers, which is the whole point.
